i.Request for prices: The service allows all registered clients/buyers to place a request for prices for selected product(s) and quantities. Select the product category or the business category you are interested in. As soon as the products are on your screen click on 'View Packaging and Request a Quote' link, follow the instructions displayed there and place the product(s) in your Business request area. To place more products in your request area go back to your original products window and repeat the process for more or other products, if needed. To proceed and complete your Business request click at 'Complete Request' in your Business Request area. You will then asked to enter your Business details. Finally click at 'Place Request' to finish the process. A copy of the request will be send to your email address and also displayed on the screen.
ii.Post a demand: The service allows all registered clients/buyers to place a demand. Click at 'Post a Demand' from the Service area at the top of the screen, enter your email address, select the demand expiry date and write in the space provided all necessary information. Click at 'Submit' to place your demand. You may include: type of product(s), packaging, delivery port/airport, quantity needed. All demands are viewed by the member companies and are answered within four business days.
iii.Special Offers: All member companies can place special offers. All registered clients/buyers can take advantage of the offers. Click at 'Special Offers' from the Service area at the top of the screent, locate the offer you are interested in, place your email address in the space provided, add any comments about the offer or your needs and Click at 'Reply'. The member company who has placed the offer will contact you within three business days. You may repeat the process for as many offers you wish.
iv.View member companies: The service allows all registered clients/buyers to look at all member companies/producers, the products of a certain producer and/or communicate directly with any producer. Click at 'View companies' from the Service area at the top of the screen, locate the producer you are interested in, Click at 'Products' to view its products and use the Request for prices service, Click at 'Contact' to directly communicate with the seleceted producer.
v.Request Samples: This service shows all products that are available for a sample order.
vi.Transport Costs: This service allows Business partners to get an indication of approximate transport costs for goods send from Greece to destinations in Europe and outside Europe. To use this service click here
